After analysing data on given plots throughout Brussels' "neighbourhood revitalization" programs, in groups of 6 students, we were asked to design apartments and a public function on this location.

Having studied a plot on a narrow street corner in a multi-cultural neighbourhood close to the European Institutions, I composed the program including a cultural exchange centre on the ground floor and 3 apartments on top of the public part of my building.

Each apartment benefits from its own outdoor area. These areas are south-facing and thus have abundant sunlight in the afternoons.

Access to the cultural exchange centre is via a slightly sunken outdoor public space.
